Hi im Ana, I’m a UK-based chef with over 14 years of experience doing a job I genuinely love. The kitchen has given me so much - creativity, discipline, and purpose - but like many in the industry, I always knew there had to be more to life than long hours and constant exhaustion.

Outside of work, I love to travel and spend time with my family and friends. Over the years, that time became harder to protect as the mental and physical demands of kitchen life took their toll. When my health began to decline, I realised something had to change.

In November 2025, I made the decision to build a business alongside my career - one that supports a healthier, more balanced lifestyle rather than compromising it. That decision changed everything.
